Bourne High School

The Bourne High School before the fire that destroyed most of it. The shell was remodelled and a large wing and auditorium added. These little elms seen lining the approach are now massive trees towering above the school and in Summer completely hiding the building. Taken about 1920.

A turquoise stamp welcoming the fleet to Buzzard's Bay in 1934. The Universal Ship Cancellation Society member number is recorded on the back of the letter as member number 535. The letter the stamp is on is unopened, mailed to a Mr. M. Rosenberg in Brooklyn, New York.
