The cards describe domestic and imported lamps, oil burners, glassware, china, crockery, cutlery, silverware, carpets and rugs. The businesses are New England based and from across the United States.

Nine women seated and standing around a square table hold cups and saucers. A tea service is on the table. One woman holds a fan. The women are elegantly dressed, and the room is decorated with a patterned carpet and patterned wallpaper. The walls are adorned with framed photographs.

The back is addressed to Miss Vera Allen and postmarked 1914. The message reads: "This is how I looked at Boy Scout Camp. We had a bully time. I just got home this morn." The signature is illegible.
