Sheer cream ground, threads have brown spot dye to create salt and pepper in (is?, with?) 1/2" wide border with narrow bright blue silk stripe; broad black stripe on side of unknown fiber that was highly glazed before and possibly after, weaving, so that it keeps an open weave.
